I've spent 17+ years in product management asking one question in a lot of different ways: How do I make a difference?

That question has taken me from consumer electronics to healthcare software technology, launching sleep products for big box stores and leading digital acquisition strategy along the way.

At athenahealth, I've scaled mobile applications to 66,000+ monthly active users, deployed clinical widgets in revenue cycle applications to meaningfully reduce burden, and built accessibility into mobile clinical platforms for users with visual disabilities, because good product design is inclusive.

Since early 2025, I've dedicated more time to experimentation in artificial intelligence (AI) for internal and external use cases addressing speed, efficiency, and productivity.

More recently, I've been designing a contextually-aware, conversational EHR with agentic capabilities. Basically, a smart system that doesn't just surface information, but understands it, responds to it, and acts when you want it to.
